Why do we need pomodora ?? Well this is the technique for all lazy workers or simple we can say for procrastinators like me:p Now a days it is so difficult for me to stay focused, I easily get distracted all the time and always submitting my work after due date.And after that i usually get depressed and feel low.So recently i learnt about this technique and i tried it..
I decided to complete my course work without getting distracted i followed the following steps of pomodoro technique:
I followed all the steps and i was able to complete my work and i was so happy.
These are super easy steps to follow only one hurdle that was constantly annoying me was distractions. Focusing for the first 25 min was difficult because i looking at my phone again and again.But then i was doing my task in flow .Following this techniques i was able to overcome my anxiety of not completing my work on time. It improved my concentration level, it kept me motivated to achieve my task .
The best thing about this technique is time management. I suggest everybody to use this technique on daily basis.
